Robert (Bob) Finlayson was an Australian artist who was taught by eminent Meldrum school practitioner Graeme Inson. In the mid-1960s Bob's talent and promise was recognised with selection of his works for prestigious NSW Art Gallery exhibitions - the Archibald and Sulman Prizes. However after holding solo shows later in the 1960s he became disillusioned with the established art world and largely dropped out of public sight. Read more...
